Chief Secretary for Administration visits Beijing

The Chief Secretary for Administration, Mr Henry Tang, will leave for Beijing on Sunday (January 31) to participate in the event "Passing on the Torch : Exploring and Embracing Chinese Culture" National Education Exchange Programme. While in Beijing, he will also call on various departments of the Central People's Government and visit arts and culture facilities.
Mr Tang will return to Hong Kong on Tuesday (February 2). During his absence, the Secretary for Constitutional and Mainland Affairs, Mr Stephen Lam, will be acting Chief Secretary for Administration.
