The Leisure and Cultural Services Department invites people to visit the new round of the Arts Corner in Victoria Park for free.
Organised by the department, the Arts Corners aim to make parks more appealing to park-goers and create a relaxed atmosphere for art appreciation.
In the 11th phase of the Arts Corner, 36 stalls will run until November 28 from 10am to 6pm every Sunday and public holiday at the South Pavilion Plaza of Victoria Park. Stalls selling handicrafts and artworks including dough models, carving work, accessories, floral artwork, cloth artwork and clay work will be set up. Services including photography, painting and calligraphy will also be provided. Stall operation will be suspended when major events are held in the park.
Similar events are being held in Kowloon Park and Hong Kong Park. The Arts Fun Fair in Kowloon Park is held from 1pm to 7pm on Sundays and public holidays until May 30, and the Arts Corner in Hong Kong Park will run until December 31 on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays from noon to 6pm.
