The Secretary for Constitutional and Mainland Affairs, Mr Stephen Lam, attended the Hong Kong Political Reform Series II Conference organised by the National Democratic Institute this (January 9) morning to speak on the Consultation Document on the Methods for Selecting the Chief Executive and for Forming the Legislative Council in 2012 and listen to the views of the participants on the subject.
