Holiday postal arrangement for first day of January 2010

Hongkong Post today (December 24) announced that there would be no mail delivery on the coming New Year's day (January 1, 2010) public holiday. All post offices will be closed on that day except the General Post Office and the Airport Post Office. The business hours of those two post offices will be from 9am to 5pm and 8am to 5pm respectively. One mail collection will be arranged for all street posting boxes except those on outlying islands and in remote areas.
