Please broadcast the following special announcement at frequent intervals this morning (December 19):
The Social Welfare Department announces that today is a regional flag day. The Hong Kong Society for the Deaf, Hong Kong Alzheimer's Disease Association and The Rehabilitation Alliance Hong Kong Limited will sell flags on Hong Kong Island,in Kowloon and the New Territories respectively.
