The Town Planning Board today (December 18) announced an amendment to the draft Sham Chung Outline Zoning Plan (OZP).
The amendment involves the addition of "Social Welfare Facility" under Column Two of the Notes for the "Green Belt" zone to align with the latest Master Schedule of Notes to Statutory Plans.
The draft Sham Chung OZP No S/NE-SC/2 is now available for public inspection during office hours at the Secretariat of the Board, the Planning Enquiry Counters in North Point and Sha Tin, the Sha Tin, Tai Po and North District Planning Office, the Tai Po District Office, and the Sai Kung North Rural Committee.
Copies of the draft OZP are available for sale at the Map Publications Centres in North Point and Yau Ma Tei. The electronic version of the plan can be viewed on the board¡¦s website (www.info.gov.hk/tpb).
