The Secretary for Commerce and Economic Development, Mrs Rita Lau, on behalf of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region Government, yesterday (December 1, Geneva time) signed a Joint Declaration on Strengthening Economic Co-operation with the Malaysian Government in Geneva, Switzerland.
