The Secretary for the Environment, Mr Edward Yau, today, sees the green measures and energy saving devices installed in the roof garden of Kingdom Fine Metal Ltd, a Hong Kong-owned enterprise which has been granted recognition as "Hong Kong-Guangdong Cleaner Production Partner" in Shenzhen.
