New District Officer for Kwun Tong District (with photo)

Mr Au Hing-yuen will assume the post of District Officer (Kwun Tong) tomorrow (November 26), succeeding Miss Pauline Wong.
Mr Au joined the Government as an Executive Officer II in 1978. He has served in various bureaus and departments, including the former Lands Department, former Civil Service Branch, former City and New Territories Administration, former Home Affairs Branch, Department of Justice, former Constitutional Affairs Bureau, Civil Service Bureau, Department of Health and Electrical and Mechanical Services Department.
His last posting was Departmental Secretary of Electrical and Mechanical Services Department.
