The Secretary for Food and Health, Dr York Chow (first from right), arrived at Tokyo, Japan today (November 25) to start his four-day visit there. He met with the Parliamentary Vice-Minister for Foreign Affairs, Ms Chinami Nishimura (first from left), this afternoon outlining the purpose of his visit and exchanging views with Ms Nishimura on issues of mutual interest in the hope of fostering the exchanges between the two places.   Close
