Police are investigating a traffic accident in Tuen Mun this morning (October 31) in which a 46-year-old woman was killed.
A taxi driven by a 60-year-old man was travelling along of Tuen Mun Heung Sze Wui Road towards Tuen Mun Town Centre at about 8.43am. Near Siu Lun Street, the taxi hit the 46-year-old woman who was crossing the road.
The woman sustained head injury and was taken to Tuen Mun Hospital where she was later certified dead at 9.14am.
Investigations will be undertaken by the Special Investigation Team of Traffic, New Territories North.
