Sai Kung District certified by WHO as Safe Community (with photos)

The Secretary for Home Affairs, Mr Tsang Tak-sing, attended the Designation Ceremony of Safe Community in Sai Kung today (October 31) to witness and celebrate the designation of Sai Kung as a safe community.
