| The Secretary for Financial Services and the Treasury, Professor K C Chan, began his visit in Beijing today (October 28). He called on the National Development Reform Commission, Finance Ministry and China Securities Regulatory Commission. In late afternoon, Professor Chan also officiated at the Grand Opening of the Design Gallery of the Hong Kong Trade Development Council in Beijing.
