Please broadcast the following special announcement at frequent intervals this morning (October 24):
The Social Welfare Department announces that today is a regional flag day. Hong Kong Aged Concern Limited, International Buddhist Progress Society (Hong Kong) Limited and Hong Kong Outlying Islands Women's Association Limited will sell flags on Hong Kong Island, in Kowloon and the New Territories respectively.
