Police today (October 21) appealed for information on a man missing in North Point.
Tsoi Wan-chak, 63, was last seen at City Garden in North Point in the morning on October
19 and went missing since then. His family made a report to the Police the following day.
He is about 1.63 metres tall, weighs about 68 kg and is of fat build. He has a round
face, yellow complexion and short and straight black hair. He was last seen wearing a red and
black striped T-shirt, blue jeans and slippers.
Anyone who knows the whereabouts of the missing man or who may have seen him is urged to
contact the Regional Missing Person Unit of Hong Kong Island on 2860 1044 or any police
station.
