The Chief Executive, Mr Donald Tsang, presented honours and awards to 420 recipients at the annual ceremony at Government House today (October 17).
Among the recipients, three received the Grand Bauhinia Medal, 12 the Gold Bauhinia Star, 27 the Silver Bauhinia Star, nine the Distinguished Service Medal for Disciplined Services and the Independent Commission Against Corruption (ICAC), 43 the Bronze Bauhinia Star and one the Medal for Bravery (Bronze).
Meanwhile, 34 people were awarded the Meritorious Service Medal for Disciplined Services and the ICAC, 58 the Medal of Honour, 106 the Chief Executive's Commendation for Community Service and 127 the Chief Executive's Commendation for Government/Public Service.
