Fo Tan No. 3 alarm fire roundup

A unit used as a warehouse on the 15th floor of Wah Yiu Industrial Building in Au Pui Wan Street, Fo Tan was severely damaged in a No. 3 alarm fire this afternoon (October 7).
The fire broke out at 4.03 pm and was upgraded to No.3 alarm at 4.38 pm.
Firemen used three jets and four breathing apparatus teams to fight the blaze. The fire was under control at 5.25 pm and put out at 5.44 pm.
About 30 persons were led to place of safety. Initial reports revealed that there was no suspicious circumstance.
