The following is issued on behalf of the Housing Authority:
The Housing Authority (HA) will open an exhibition hall for the letting of two brand new shopping centres scheduled for completion by early next year.
The two new shopping centres are Choi Tak Shopping Centre at Ngau Tau Kok and Yau Lai Shopping Centre at Yau Tong, Kowloon. Models, plans and rental information of the two centres will be at display at the exhibition hall at the Housing Authority Customer Service Centre at Podium Level 1, No. 3 Wang Tau Hom South Road, Lok Fu, Kowloon. The exhibition hall will be open between 9am and 5.30pm Monday to Friday from tomorrow (September 23) until December 18. Enquiries are welcome at 2711 5138.
Other than the exhibition hall, the HA has organised a series of promotional activities including leasing advertisements in local newspapers, leasing posters for the first time at specified MTR stations as well as inside MTR trains. Printed publicity materials and information leaflets will be available at the exhibition hall.
The total lettable retail area of Choi Tak Shopping Centre and Yau Lai Shopping Centre are about 4,200 sq metres and 3,300 sq metres respectively.
The shops in the two new shopping centres are of various sizes suitable for the operation of a wide range of trades, such as Chinese restaurant, eatery, supermarket, convenience store, medical and dental clinics and other retail services.
