"Here is an Education Bureau special announcement concerning schools:
As the tropical cyclone warning signal number 8 is now in force, AM classes of all bi-sessional schools and whole day schools are suspended today.
If the Hong Kong Observatory replaces it with the tropical cyclone warning signal number 3 by 10.30 am, PM classes of bi-sessional primary and secondary schools and classes of evening schools will resume today."
