Police today (September 14) appealed for information about a serious traffic accident in Happy Valley on August 26 in which a 45-year-old male pedestrian was injured.
About 8.20am on August 26, a private car was driving along northbound Moreton Terrace and reportedly knocked down the 45-year-old man upon reaching 11-33 Moreton Terrace.
The man sustained serious head injuries and was rushed to the Ruttonjee Hospital. He was later transferred to the Queen Mary Hospital for treatment.
Investigations by the Accident Investigation Team of Traffic of Hong Kong Island are underway.
