The Social Welfare Department announces that today is a regional flag day. Hong Kong Arthritis & Rheumatism Foundation Limited, Hong Kong Young Women's Christian Association and Society for the Welfare of the Autistic Persons will sell flags on Hong Kong Island, in Kowloon and the New Territories respectively.
