CE's speech at East Asian Games Torch Relay launching ceremony (with photos/video)

The HK 2009 East Asian Games 100-day Countdown-cum-Torch Relay started at 3 pm from the Kowloon Park Piazza today (August 29). Photo shows Chairman of the Fifth East Asian Games Planning Committee, Mr Timothy Fok, handing over the flame to Mr Tsang at the launch ceremony. Also present was the Secretary for Home Affairs, Mr Tsang Tak-sing.
