The Government Property Agency is inviting tenders for the purchase of the whole of Block A and Block B including 84 flats and 84 designated car parking spaces in one parcel at Winfield Building, Nos 1, 3 and 5 Ventris Road, Hong Kong (former Government quarters). The Tender Notice is gazetted today (August 21).
Each flat in Block A has a saleable area of about 181.4 square metres (1,953 square feet) while each flat in Block B has a saleable area of about 141.1 square metres (1,519 square feet). The flats together with the flat roof and designated car parking spaces will be sold either with vacant possession or subject to existing tenancies/licences, and the roofs with vacant possession.
Five flats, Flat 1 on 8/F, Flat 2 on 13/F and Flat 1 on 20/F of Block A and Flat 2 on 16/F and Flat 1 on 19/F of Block B will be open for inspection by interested parties during the following periods:
(i) August 25 (Tuesday) from 9am to 1pm
(ii) August 28 (Friday) from 2pm to 6pm
(iii) September 1 (Tuesday) from 9am to 1pm
(iv) September 4 (Friday) from 2pm to 6pm
(v) September 8 (Tuesday) from 9am to 1pm
(vi) September 10 (Thursday) from 9am to 1pm
Interested parties are required to register at the reception counter at the entrance lobbies on the lower ground floor of Block A and Block B before inspection.
Tender documents are available for collection at the Government Property Agency, 31/F., Revenue Tower, 5 Gloucester Road, Wan Chai, Hong Kong during office hours (8.30am to 5.45pm from Monday to Friday). They can also be downloaded from the Agency's website: http://www.gpa.gov.hk.
Interested tenderers must submit their tenders before noon on September 11. Late tenders will not be accepted.
