Please broadcast the following special announcement at frequent intervals this morning (August 19):
The Social Welfare Department announces that today is a regional flag day. Christian Prison Pastoral Association Limited, The Media Evangelism Limited and Castle Peak Hospital will sell flags on Hong Kong Island, in Kowloon and the New Territories respectively.
