The final registers of electors for 2009 were published today (July 24).
The final register for the geographical constituencies contains 3,373,342 electors.
The distribution of electors for the five geographical constituencies is as follows:

The final register for the functional constituencies contains 226,591 electors.
In the final registers, the records of more than 107,900 geographical constituencies electors and of about 1,500 functional constituencies electors have been updated.
A full set of the final register for geographical constituencies is available for public inspection at the Registration and Electoral Office (REO) at 10/F Harbour Centre, 25 Harbour Road, Wan Chai. The relevant section of the register pertinent to a particular district can also be inspected at the respective District Offices.
For functional constituencies, a full set of the final registers is available for public inspection at the REO's Harbour Centre Office and its office at 10/F Guardian House, 32 Oi Kwan Road, Wan Chai, and the District Offices in Central, Mong Kok, Kwun Tong, Sha Tin and Tsuen Wan.
Notices on the inspection of the final registers were gazetted today.
