"Here is an Education Bureau special announcement concerning schools:
As the tropical cyclone warning signal number 3 is now in force, kindergartens, schools for children with physical disability and schools for children with intellectual disability that have had their classes suspended should implement contingency measures to look after arriving students. They should ensure that conditions are safe before students are allowed to return home."
