The following is issued on behalf of the West Kowloon Cultural District Authority:
The Consultation Panel of the West Kowloon Cultural District Authority (WKCDA) will hold its second meeting at 9.15am next Monday (July 20).
The agenda items include:
(1) Meeting with the Conceptual Plan Consultants and Project Plan Consultant; and
(2) Updated Proposed Arrangements for Stage 1 Public Engagement Exercise.
The meeting, open to the public, will be held at the Conference Room of the Hong Kong Arts Development Council, 14/F, East Warwick House, Taikoo Place, 979 King's Road, Hong Kong.
People interested in attending the meeting are advised to make advance booking of seats before 6pm on Friday (July 17) by calling the Secretariat of the Consultation Panel on 2895 0127 during office hours (9am to 1pm and 2pm to 6pm, Monday to Friday). To facilitate booking arrangements, people are required to provide their names and contact numbers. Seats will be allocated on a first-come-first-served basis. Those who have reserved a seat should arrive not later than 9.30am on July 20, otherwise they will be considered to have forfeited their seats.
The agenda and discussion papers of the meeting will be uploaded to the website of the WKCDA (www.wkcdauthority.hk) later today and will be made available to the public at the meeting. Simultaneous interpretation will be provided for the meeting.
