The Town Planning Board announced today (July 10) that the Chief Executive in Council has referred four approved outline zoning plans (OZPs) to the Board for amendment to reflect the latest planning proposals in the Mid-Levels East, Cha Kwo Ling, Yau Tong, Lei Yue Mun, Hung Hom and South Lantau Coast areas.
Each OZP incorporating the respective amendments will be exhibited for public inspection under the provisions of the Town Planning Ordinance.
The Mid-Levels East OZP and the South Lantau Coast OZP were last approved by the Chief Executive in Council in April 2003 and February 2005 respectively; while the Cha Kwo Ling, Yau Tong, Lei Yue Mun OZP was last approved by the Chief Executive in Council in March this year, and the Hung Hom OZP in May this year.
