A spokesman for the Department of Health said there had been 59 newly confirmed cases of human swine influenza (Influenza A H1N1) in the 24 hours to 2.30pm today (June 30).
This brings to 785 the total number of human swine influenza cases in Hong Kong.
The new cases involve 37 males and 22 females, aged between 27 months and 56 years.
Meanwhile, the spokesman said that operating hours of the Department of Health's hotline for human swine influenza 2125 1111 would be adjusted starting tomorrow (July 1).
"Staff operating the hotline are on duty daily from 9am to 6pm.
"Callers ringing the hotline outside the duty hours may leave a message on the voice mailbox," the spokesman said.
