Please broadcast the following special announcement immediately, and repeat it at frequent intervals:
"The Tropical Cyclone Signal No 3 has been issued. The Social Welfare Department announces that all child care centres, elderly services centres and day rehabilitation units, including sheltered workshops and day activity centres, will remain open.
For preventing the spread of human swine flu, users were earlier advised not to attend these centres. However, individuals who currently have children or family members using the service may contact the centres for arranging them to return home safely, if necessary."
