Draft Tsz Wan Shan, Diamond Hill and San Po Kong Outline Zoning Plan amended

     The Town Planning Board today (June 26) announced amendments to the draft Tsz Wan Shan, Diamond Hill and San Po Kong Outline Zoning Plan (OZP).

     The revisions mainly involve rezoning of three strips of land abutting Prince Edward Road East from ˇ§Open Spaceˇ¨ and areas shown as ˇĄRoadˇ¦ to ˇ§Other Specified Usesˇ¨ (ˇ§OUˇ¨) annotated ˇ§Landscaped Elevated Walkwayˇ¨ and adjustment of the zoning boundary of the Po Kong Village Road District Open Space to tally with its land allocation boundary. In addition, the Notes have incorporated the schedule of use for ˇ§OUˇ¨ annotated ˇ§Landscaped Elevated Walkwayˇ¨ zone within ˇ§OUˇ¨ zone.

     Opportunity is taken to incorporate the alignments connecting San Po Kong with Kai Tak, which include an existing subway, the proposed underpass Road L1 and underground shopping street, on the draft OZP for information.

     The draft Tsz Wan Shan, Diamond Hill and San Po Kong OZP No S/K11/24 is now available for public inspection at the boardˇ¦s Secretariat, the Planning Enquiry Counters in North Point and Sha Tin, the Kowloon District Planning Office and the Wong Tai Sin District Office.

     Any person can make written representation in respect of the amendments to the boardˇ¦s secretary by August 26. Representations made to the board will be available for public inspection.

     Copies of the draft Tsz Wan Shan, Diamond Hill and San Po Kong OZP No. S/K11/24 are available for sale at the Map Publications Centres in North Point and Yau Ma Tei. The electronic version of the OZP can be viewed at the boardˇ¦s website (www.info.gov.hk/tpb).
