Chief Secretary for Administration Mr Henry Tang will visit Zhuhai on Monday (June 15). This will be the sixth stop of his visits to the nine cities in the Pearl River Delta region.
Mr Tang will be joined by Hong Kong business delegates to meet leaders of the city government and explore new opportunities for co-operation between the two cities.
Government officials joining the visit include Permanent Secretary for Constitutional and Mainland Affairs, Mr Joshua Law; Under Secretary for Transport and Housing, Mr Yau Shing Mu; and representatives of relevant bureaus and departments.
Mr Tang will return to Hong Kong the same day. During his absence, Secretary for Education Mr Michael Suen will be acting Chief Secretary for Administration.
