The Secretary for Constitutional and Mainland Affairs, Mr Stephen Lam, takes part in a tree planting ceremony today (June 11) with leaders of the governments of the nine Pan-Pearl River Delta provinces and the Macao SAR at Liyuan Resort today (June 11). Mr Lam is attending the "Fifth Pan-Pearl River Delta Regional Co-operation and Development Forum and Trade Fair" (PPRD Forum) in Nanning, Guangxi.   Close
