Chief Secretary for Administration Mr Henry Tang will visit Jiangmen and Zhongshan on Friday (June 5). These two cities will be the fourth and fifth stops on his series of visits to the nine cities in the Pearl River Delta region.
Mr Tang will be joined by Hong Kong business delegates to meet with leaders of the respective city governments to understand the implementation of the Outline of the Plan for the Reform and Development of the Pearl River Delta and explore new co-operation opportunities.
Mr Tang will return to Hong Kong the same day. During his absence, Secretary for Education Mr Michael Suen will be acting Chief Secretary for Administration.
