The Correctional Services Department (CSD) today (May 29) announced the promotion of 11 staff to Superintendents of Correctional Services.
Mr Chan Wai-kin is currently the Superintendent of Pik Uk Correctional Institution. He joined the department as Officer in 1983.
Mr Cheng Kwong-kuen is currently the Superintendent (Penal Administration). He joined the department as Officer in 1984.
Mr Chung Wing-hang is currently the Superintendent of Siu Lam Psychiatric Centre. He joined the department (previously Prisons Department) as Assistant Officer II in 1977.
Mr Fong Kung-fu is currently the Superintendent (Complaints Investigation Unit). He joined the department as Officer in 1981.
Mr Lam Chan-sing is currently the Superintendent (Rehabilitation Unit 2). He joined the department as Officer in 1984.
Mr Lam Yiu-lai is currently the Superintendent of Escort and Support Group. He joined the department as Officer in 1983.
Mr Mok Yu-cheong is currently the Superintendent of Shek Pik Prison. He joined the department as Officer in 1979.
Mr Ng Kwan-ching is currently the Superintendent of Tong Fuk Centre. He joined the department as Officer in 1982.
Mr Tse Siu-fung is currently the Superintendent of Stanley Prison. He joined the department as Officer in 1985.
Mr Steven Wong is currently the Superintendent of Chi Sun Correctional Institution. He joined the department as Officer in 1982.
Mr Woo Ying-ming is currently the Superintendent on secondment to the Constitutional and Mainland Affairs Bureau. He joined the department as Officer in 1989.
