The ceremony featured a 4 x 100 metres relay race featuring six government departments. Chairman of the Sai Kung District Council, Mr Ng Sze-fuk (left) and the Director of Leisure and Cultural Services, Mr Thomas Chow, signal the start of the relay by firing the starter's gun.   Close
