Confirmed human swine flu patient discharged

In response to media enquiries, a spokesman of Princess Margaret Hospital replied as follows:
The confirmed human swine flu (Influenza A H1N1) patient was discharged from the Infectious Diseases Centre (IDC) this evening (Friday 8 May) at 9:15 pm after a thorough clinical assessment by the infectious disease specialist of IDC and in consultation with the doctor of the Centre for Health Protection.
Other patients who were admitted to IDC due to contact history with the confirmed patient have all been discharged.
