Please broadcast the following special announcement at frequent intervals this morning (April 25):
The Social Welfare Department announces that today is a regional flag day. The Society for Community Organisation Limited, the Hong Kong Society for the Protection of Children and The Yuen Yuen Institute will sell flags on Hong Kong Island, in Kowloon and the New Territories respectively.
