The Secretary for Financial Services and the Treasury, Professor K C Chan, will pay a duty visit to Beijing tomorrow (April 23) and Friday (April 24).
Professor Chan will meet Mainland officials in the area of financial services and public finance. He will call on China Banking Regulatory Commission and China Securities Regulatory Commission tomorrow.
On Friday, Professor Chan will call on the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council, Peopleˇ¦s Bank of China, China Insurance Regulatory Commission and Hong Kong and Macao Affairs Office of the State Council.
Professor Chan will return to Hong Kong Friday night.
