Question:
Regarding the employment statistics for 2008 compiled by the Census and Statistics Department, will the Government set out in the table at Annex 1 the statistics on employed persons for that year (excluding unpaid family workers, foreign domestic helpers and employed persons who worked less than 35 hours during the seven days before enumeration due to vacation)?

According to the results of the General Household Survey conducted by the Census and Statistics Department in 2008, statistics on employed persons by gender, hours of work during the seven days before enumeration and monthly employment earnings are set out in the table at Annex 2.
