The Chief Executive, Mr Donald Tsang, will visit Hainan on April 17 and 18 to attend the Boao Forum for Asia Annual Conference 2009.
The theme of the conference is "Asia: Managing Beyond Crisis".
Government officials accompanying Mr Tsang at the conference include the Director of the Chief Executive's Office, Mr Norman Chan; the Private Secretary to the Chief Executive, Mr Kenneth Mak; the Senior Special Assistant to the Chief Executive, Mr Chan Kin-ping; and the Assistant Director (Media), Mr Vic Yau.
Mr Tsang will return to Hong Kong on April 19. During his absence, the Chief Secretary for Administration, Mr Henry Tang, will be the acting Chief Executive.
