The Hong Kong Monetary Authority (HKMA) today (March 18) published the March 2009 issue of its Quarterly Bulletin.
This Quarterly Bulletin contains two feature articles:
* Interdependencies of payment and settlement systems: the Hong Kong experience - outlining the Hong Kong experience in the evolution of system interdependencies and the steps taken to mitigate risks arising from growing system integration.
* Hong Kong-dollar debt-market development in 2008 - reviewing the Hong Kong-dollar debt market.
