The following is issued on behalf of the Hospital Authority:
The Hospital Authority (HA) started to arrange drug replacement for patients under medication treatment of Allopurinol 100mg since 8 March 2009 (Sunday). The spokesman for HA announced that at 7:00 pm today (17 March), it was arranged to replace the drug for a total of 19,284 patients. The arrangement was smooth and orderly.
