Please broadcast the following special announcement at frequent intervals this morning (February 28):
The Social Welfare Department announces that today is a regional flag day. Amity Mutual - Support Society, The Girls' Brigade Hong Kong and The Federation of New Territories Youth Foundation Limited will sell flags on Hong Kong Island, in Kowloon and the New Territories respectively.
