Regarding the announcement of the investigation result of Caritas Medical Centre's incident by the Hospital Authority, the Hospital Chief Executive of Caritas Medical Centre, Dr Ma Hok-cheung, gave the following response:
The hospital respects the contents of the report and will strive to implement all the required improvement measures in order to further enhance our service quality and meet the public's expectations.
We apologise again for any unrest and concern caused by this incident to the public.
