The Town Planning Board (TPB) will upload the audio recordings of its open meetings to its website from tomorrow (January 16), to further enhance the transparency of the planning system and improve the dissemination of statutory planning information to the public.
Each audio recording will be uploaded onto the website on the same day when the minutes of the concerned meeting are confirmed by the TPB or its committees. Only the recordings of the latest open meetings of the TPB and its committees will be available on the website at a time. The first recording, relating to the TPB meeting on January 2, will be uploaded onto the TPB website (http://info.gov.hk/tpb/) tomorrow.
