People are invited to join an on-line matching game ：Who・s Who； from January 3 to February 12.
Launched by the Television and Entertainment Licensing Authority, the game aims to enhance the public・s understanding of the classification of articles under the Control of Obscene and Indecent Articles Ordinance.
In the ：Who・s Who； game, there are different cartoon characters bearing specific characteristics in their appearances that reflect the nature of respective classes in the ordinance - Class I (neither obscene nor indecent), Class II (indecent) or Class III (obscene). Participants get scores by matching different cartoon characters with the corresponding classification of articles. Those with the highest scores can join a lucky draw and 20 winners will each be awarded $100 book coupons.
Through testing the knowledge of the public towards the classification, the game aims to enhance the participants・ understanding of the ordinance in an enlightening way. The result of the game will be announced in early March.
Public voting in the ．2008 Meritorious Website Contest・ closed on December 24. The theme of the 2008 contest was to "Surf smartly and spend time wisely. Say no to objectionable materials and browse healthy websites；. More than 21,000 people cast votes in the contest, and winners will be announced in early March.
