In order to provide a spacious and comfortable accommodation for observing the open meetings of the Town Planning Board (TPB) or its Committees, the TPB Public Viewing Room will be relocated to 1/F, North Point Government Offices, 333 Java Road, North Point, Hong Kong, starting from January 2, 2009 (Friday) with increased seating capacity.
Persons who wish to observe any open meeting or any part of it are recommended to reserve seats with the Secretariat of the TPB. The booking can be made by telephone (2231 5061), fax (2877 0245 or 2522 8426) or email (tpbpd@pland.gov.hk) at least one day before the meeting. The seats will be allocated on a first-come-first-serve basis and walk-in observers will be entertained only if seats in the Public Viewing Room are available.
