The Leisure and Cultural Services Department reminds the people to be orderly and keep places clean tonight while celebrating the end of 2008. Rubbish should be put in litter bins. Littering is liable to a fixed penalty of $1,500.
The Tsim Sha Tsui Promenade and the piazza of the Hong Kong Cultural Centre are crowded. People who intend to go there should take mind their safety.
