Please broadcast the following special announcement at frequent intervals this morning (December 24):
The Social Welfare Department announces that today is a regional flag day. The Methodist Epworth Village Community Centre Methodist Church, Hong Kong, CTU Education Foundation Limited and Against Child Abuse Limited will sell flags on Hong Kong Island, in Kowloon and the New Territories respectively.
